West Broadway Offices
Prism conducted mechanical and electrical condition assessments and provided capital planning services for three office buildings along the West Broadway corridor in Vancouver, BC.
The objective was to develop long-term strategies for equipment renewal and identify energy saving opportunities that could be incorporated into the renewal plans.
Prism was also able to identify short term energy savings through operational changes such as retro-commissioning and changes to the HVAC sequence of operations.
