Regency Retirement Resorts
In partnership with Pinchin Ltd., Prism is currently completing the building condition assessment of eight Regency Retirement Resort facilities in the Kelowna, Penticton, and Vernon areas. This project includes the review of existing equipment condition, priorities for replacement, estimated life expectancy, and budget costs for upgrades that may be recommended over the next 10 years.
The study outlines the mechanical and electrical equipment upgrades and identify equipment that is near or beyond its typical service life. Building systems in this review include HVAC, building controls, domestic water system, fire suppression system, electrical distribution, and lighting systems.
