Prism Engineering Associate and Senior Strategic Energy Management (SEM) Coach Shannon Hardman

 

Based in Kamloops, BC, Shannon Hardman joined Prism in 2021. She brings over 15 years of experience in climate change, sustainability, and Strategic Energy Management (SEM), with a focus on commercial and industrial sectors.

As a Certified Energy Manager, she has led initiatives across more than 140 civic facilities, including implementing Energy Management Information Systems, advancing SEM plans, and managing energy infrastructure projects.

At Prism, Shannon collaborates with our clients to enhance their energy management programs. She thrives on working with brilliant minds to accelerate decarbonization and energy efficiency goals.

Outside of work, Shannon enjoys an active lifestyle with her husband, two school-aged boys, and their Australian Shepherd—camping, hiking, mountain biking, skiing, paddle boarding, and soccer are just a few of their favorite activities.
