Prism understands the owner’s priority — to create a comfortable, healthy and productive office environment in a cost effective manner. Working in a team with the architect, Prism provides mechanical and electrical CAD drawings for the renovation projects, reviews the work, and produces CAD as-built drawings to BMO standards once the project is completed. In addition to renovation projects, services are provided for retrofitting or replacing lighting, boilers and other systems that have reached the end of their useful life.

Prism has been involved in more than 10 renovation projects, 30 mechanical upgrade projects, and 30 energy management upgrades at BMO branches.
