Prism was chosen as a primary consultant to work with
the facilities department on electrical upgrades. For example,
Prism undertook a preliminary detailed evaluation of existing
electrical equipment, and provided recommendations and
projected costs for the gradual replacement of equipment
to suit Canada Post’s budgetary constraints. Also
included in this project, upon approval to proceed, was
contract administration including specification, tender,
recommendation for award of contract, construction coordination,
site reviews, and follow-up on deficiencies of each stage.
