Brian is the founder of Prism Engineering Ltd. and has led the company since its inception in 1990. His experience in facilities solutions includes 24 years of improving building energy efficiency, comfort and operational costs. Brian promotes the “whole building approach”, specializing in the preparation and implementation of master plans for building mechanical and electrical system upgrades. He provides expertise in the recommissioning, review and the documentation of building systems, including air balancing, controls operation and the evaluation of comfort conditions.

Brian has a B.Sc. from the University of New Brunswick. He is the past president of the local ASHRAE chapter, as well as the past president of the local AEE (Association of Energy Engineers) chapter. He has been the recipient of numerous ASHRAE and BC Hydro awards.
