Percy is a senior member of the Prism team, using his expertise in mechanical design of plumbing, fire protection and HVAC systems. With 22 years experience, he has worked on a full range of projects for both private and public sectors. His design expertise includes project management, site supervision and contract administration. As a CAD specialist, Percy is experienced in customization, standards, mechanical menus and programs to optimize CAD performance. Percy also carries out water audits to determine opportunities for conservation.

Percy is a certified Technologist and is a member of numerous professional associations such as ASHRAE and ASTT (Applied Science Technologists and Technicians of BC).
